Team communication is key in any real estate transaction. Most buyers will utilize a team consisting of a real estate agent, lender, and attorney. We pride ourselves on keeping your agent and lender up to date on the status of your transaction.
Once your offer has been accepted, we will review the contract to ensure your interest are being represented appropriately. We will aide you through the attorney review process, as well as the home inspection.
If you are planning on buying a condominium we will review all of the condominium documents including the Declarations, By-laws, Meeting Minutes, and Budget.
We will work with your lender to help you to achieve final loan approval. Once that is received we will meet you at the closing table to better assist you through the process.

Selling your home can be emotional, and time consuming. We want to make sure that you can enjoy the process of selling your home without the worry. From the moment you accept your offer, to the moment you sell your property, we are here to assist you.
When selling your property, the use of a title company is a must. In order to establish “clean title” on your property we will examine the title commitment and troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the process.
We will prepare all of the necessary legal documents which include:
- Bill of Sale
- ALTA Statement
- Affidavit of Title
- Power of Attorney
- 1099 Statement
- Warrant Deed
Once all of your documents are in order we will work with the buyer and the buyer’s lender to help expedite the buyers final loan approval. Once the Clear to Close is issued we will be present at the closing to finalize the transaction between you as the seller and the buyer.
